Extensive breakfast buffet with many options to satisfy most palettes. The bread and dessert section has many options where you can sample smaller versions of their bakery offerings. My suggestion is to stick with local specialties and not fill up on waffles.

We were staying in Citadines for a business trip, and were too tired to go out somewhere else, so we decided to try Abaca downstairs for dinner! They serve all day breakfast food. It is pricey but the servings are huge (American serving!). The staff were nice, and we didn’t feel that they were hurrying up even though we ate there almost near closing time. Excellent service overall.

Second favorite branch next to Ayala 4th I like this branch particularly for its breakfast buffet. Fish and chips + espresso tonic is a great combo!

Stopped by this small cafe with some family members to have something to eat before heading to a ferry going to Bohol. The ham and cheese croissants were delicious. Their coffee is also great as well. Service and atmosphere were excellent.

They have a homey dining atmosphere. The place was quite neat, and the spacing between buffet side tables was just right—not too crowded, not too sparse. The theme during our visit was Mexican cuisine, and they offered a good variety of dishes—possibly even a full range of traditional Mexican options. They also serve fresh shrimps, scallops, oyster and other sea food options while grilled beef and pork slices as additional choices, which added a hearty touch to the meal. To top it off, there was a generous selection of Abaca pastries and desserts that perfectly rounded out the experience. Will most likely come again

A Hidden Gem for Latin American Flavors! Abacá Baking Company’s Latin American Dinner Buffet (every Friday and Saturday, 5:30–9:30 PM at Baseline Center) is a must-visit for food lovers. The variety was impressive, from savory empanadas and slow-cooked meats and rich, flavorful stews. The atmosphere was cozy but lively, and the service was friendly and attentive. Their dessert station also stood out, especially the leche flan and cakes. Everything was well-prepared and full of authentic flavor. For the price and quality, it's a fantastic weekend dining option. Highly recommended!

I believe that the main dishes are the bread. The meats are not too good. Bacon is not served unless ordered upon request. There is a limited amount of drinks. They have various types of egg dishes that made me feel like they did not have any more ideas or food to serve. Ham was too salty. Coffee was very delicious! The servers were very accommodating and helpful especially when dealing with our concerns. They provided upon request, as well. Update 2025: The service got worse. It's messier inside. The waittresses don't do so much but stand around and questioning ppl. The only one who serves well is the guy with glasses. For most of the dishes, they are empty. Even for the meat! Bacon was limited and gradually served, but good enough for 2 ppl at a time! Once their bacon threshold has reached, they serve sausages that do not taste good. So if you are going there, expect 40%Egg, 40%Carbs(rice, breads), 10%bread with egg, 10% meat. Based on my pictures of current and prior, quality has evidently deteriorated.
